Who provides the service
The service is provided by REDOC Sp. z o.o., ul. Kasprzaka 31/119, 01-234 Warsaw, Poland. For anything concerning this contract, write to contact@nexaenvision.com.

These terms describe how REDOC Sp. z o.o. provides the NEXAENVISION application and delivers the changes you order in it. They are written to be read before you sign, not after a dispute.
In short
- This service is for businesses only. We do not sell to consumers.
- Quoting a request is always free and non-binding.
- We ship a change on average within 48 hours of your accepting the quote, and you pay only after it is delivered and you have accepted it.
- Your data is yours. You can export all of it with one click at any time, including after the contract ends.
Who this service is for
NEXAENVISION is a service for companies and sole traders ordering it in connection with their business. We do not address our offer to consumers and we do not enter into consumer contracts.
If you are a sole trader and the service would not be of a professional character for you, write to us before ordering - we settle such cases individually, before the contract is concluded.
What the service covers
The service consists of three things, billed separately:
- A separate application instance with its own database, run by us in one agreed region - the European Union by default.
- The Core module and the base modules, included in the subscription at no extra charge.
- Changes ordered through requests - each quoted separately and built only after you accept the quote.
How the contract is concluded
The contract is concluded the moment you create an instance or select a paid plan and confirm that you have read these terms. There is no separate document to sign and return.
The data processing agreement is concluded at the same moment and on the same basis - its text sits on a separate page and forms part of this contract.
Trial period
The trial runs for 7 days from the moment your instance starts and costs nothing. Three limits apply, and we state them plainly because they determine what you can expect:
- You can only order a change quoted within the small change band. A quote beyond that band is still issued, but delivery requires a paid plan.
- Trial requests are handled after the requests of paying customers.
- After the trial ends, the instance and its backups are permanently deleted within 30 days.
The trial runs on a separate NEXAENVISION subdomain.
Plans, prices and invoices
All amounts are net of value added tax. Catalogue prices apply.

- A small change 25-100 EUR, a larger part of the app 100-250 EUR
- Development discount
- 10% on the Grow plan and 20% on the Premium plan, off every development quote. The discount applies for as long as the subscription to that plan runs and is not limited in time.
We invoice companies in the European Union that hold a valid EU VAT number, verified in VIES, under the reverse charge mechanism. Companies in Poland receive an invoice with Polish VAT. Outside the European Union invoices are issued without VAT.
Requests and quotes
A request is a description of what you need, written in your own words. In return you get a quote, always free of charge and regardless of your plan.
- A quote states the price in your currency, the estimated time and a one-sentence summary of what will be built.
- A quote commits you to nothing. Declining it has no consequences and no effect on how your later requests are handled.
- Work starts only after you accept the quote - nothing chargeable happens before that. We invoice after the change is delivered and you have accepted it.
Delivery time
We ship a change on average within 48 hours of your accepting the quote. That is an expected time, not a binding deadline - larger requests take longer, and we give you an estimate for your specific request together with the quote.
We work Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 Polish time, so a quote you accept in the evening or over the weekend goes into the queue on the morning of the next business day. You can follow the progress of your request in the application at any time.
Service availability and support
Response times, maintenance windows, backup rules and the incident procedure are described in a separate document. That document also states plainly what we do not promise.
Personal data
For the data you put into the application you remain the controller, and we process it solely on your instructions under the data processing agreement. For the data we collect as a company - correspondence, billing, website traffic - we are the controller.
Customer business data processed in NEXAENVISION is never used to train AI models - ours or anyone else's.
Ending the contract and exporting data
You can end the contract at any time, effective at the end of the billing period you have paid for. There is no notice period and no exit fee.
After the contract ends you have 30 days to export your data. After that the application and its backups are deleted. A full export is available with one click throughout the contract, not only at its end.
Rights to the software
The NEXAENVISION application, the Core module, the base modules and the code of the changes you order remain the property of REDOC Sp. z o.o. For the duration of the contract you receive a non-exclusive right to use them in your company, with no user limit arising from this clause.
The data and content you place in the application remain yours. You can export all of it with one click at any time during the contract, and for 30 days after it ends. Ending the contract requires neither our consent nor contact with us.
A change you order may become part of the product and reach other customers' applications. We say so plainly, because it is the reason a small change costs 25-100 EUR: its cost is spread across many customers instead of landing entirely on you.
Continuity. If we cease providing the service, you receive - already under this contract - a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use, within your own company, the version of the application that was running in your instance on the day we ceased, and we hand you an installation package that lets you run it on your own infrastructure. That right arises the moment we cease providing the service; until then the licence described above applies. Ceasing to provide the service also covers the situation where the application stays unavailable for 30 consecutive days and we do not tell you the reason and the expected time of restoration.
If it matters to you that a particular solution reaches nobody else, tell us before you accept the quote - we settle such cases individually.
Complaints, liability and governing law
Send complaints to contact@nexaenvision.com. We reply within one business day and resolve the matter within 14 days at the latest.
This contract is governed by Polish law. Disputes are settled by the court with jurisdiction over the registered office of REDOC Sp. z o.o.
We announce changes to these terms by e-mail in advance. A change does not apply retroactively to requests already quoted and paid for.
