This list names every party that processes data from your application on our behalf. It forms part of the data processing agreement and is public, so that it can be checked before a contract is signed rather than after. Today it holds one party.
The list below covers data processed in the NEXAENVISION application.
Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL
The AI tools we write your changes with receive no data from your application and no text from your requests. Our administrator reads the request and describes the task in their own words; what reaches the AI tools is that description and source code. AI providers are therefore not subprocessors of your data and are not on this list - listing them would declare a processing relationship that does not exist.
The list also excludes the tools we use to run our own marketing website - they have no access to customer data either, and are described in the privacy policy. The rule stands regardless: customer data and content processed in NEXAENVISION is never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.
We notify you by e-mail at least 30 days before adding or changing a subprocessor. You may object during that period, and if we cannot find a solution you may end the contract without consequences.
A change you order may require connecting an external service - a payment gateway, SMS delivery, a bank integration or an AI tool running inside your application. That provider then becomes a subprocessor of your data, and we add it to the list applying to your instance before the change goes live. We tell you at the quoting stage, not after delivery.
